Position : Manager Rail Business
Work Location: Gurgaon( Nativity Should be from different states)
Role Purpose Statement:
This position would be responsible for –
The incumbent would be responsible for business development & growth of the Rail Business Vertical within Company.
Main Accountabilities:
➢ To Achieve Rail Verticals’ Target Business and YOY Growth.
➢ Target Vs Actual monitoring.
➢ Forecasting, Planning and achievement of targets.
➢ Promoting Business Development activities by creating efficiencies, reports, and tools to maximize the Sales
efforts.
➢ To explore new territories and find out new customers.
➢ Have a target of key accounts and effectively establish Rail products/ services on focused trade lanes.
➢ Regular Rail Freight partner analysis and developing joint strategies for trade level development.
➢ Authenticity of Rail Agents (must have Agent master) and ensure real rate transaction.
➢ Develop & Strengthen Relationships with Rail Agents & leverage the same to the Benefits of the Organization.
➢ Identify and analyse target markets and clients within the specified area or customer group.
➢ Set objectives per product in tune with the goals of the organization.
➢ Develop a sales forecast vis-a-vis market changes w.r.t. Budgets & achievement of the same
Qualification:
Education-Graduate/ any.
Experience- Total 7 -12 years (Relevant Experience). Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
The Candidate should be from Rail Freight Industry.
Should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have 7- 12 years of sales experience in Rail Freight Industry.
Excellent Customer services orientation.
To explore new territories and find out new customers.
The Candidate should be willing to travel extensively in a month.
Should have sound technical understanding of Rail Freight industry and its services.
