About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer at HWL India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise healthcare applications. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex product challenges into elegant design solutions that empower users and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product challenges into intuitive UX solutions and seamless product experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for enterprise-grade web applications
  • Tackle advanced interaction and data visualization problems within dashboards and workflows
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Utilize AI-driven design workflows and prompt-based tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to shape product solutions
  • Engage in design critiques, product discussions, and solution workshops to refine ideas.
  • Uphold high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility across the product.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance metrics.
