- Responsible for collecting documents maintaining all HR, payroll records of our company all employees which are required for statutory/compliance audits.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, salary disbursements distribution of Pay slips, including verification of Input/output
- Responsible for handling all compliance activities including monthly, quarterly and annual return filings on time by preparing challans payments of Statutory Compliances like: PF, ESI, PT, employee TDS.
- Responsible to manage payroll software/Manually Calculation and ensure compliance as per labour laws.
- Responsible for the end to end Payroll process.
1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll and have basic understanding of calculations of Salary structure, PF, ESIC, PT Income Tax of an employees with statutory compliances labour laws
Must have hands on experience of any one payroll software system/Manual Calculation.
Must have an in depth knowledge procedures of contract staffing, labour contracts, employment agreements etc.
Must have good communication convincing skills — English/Hindi
Knowledge of GSuite, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Ms Word.
