Team leading experience must.
1) Efficiently manage the HR Ops team.
2) Overall management of all HR Ops- complete employee lifecycle from on boarding to payroll to exit.
3) The generalist requirement of able to work on ERP, policy management, payroll management, and hands-on with Analytics & creating dashboards for overall HR an as a function
4) Monitor internal HR systems and databases
5) Review and approve or modify budgets
6) Design and implement company policies
7) Monitor key HR metrics
8) Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
9) Create detailed reports on HR costs
10) Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
