Purpose:

The Head of Process Transformation is charged with leading & driving strategy,
focusing on building and running the Shared Services Organization covering Finance
and IT. The role will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives including
transition towards the Shared Services organization under company. The incumbent will

start with F&A but will eventually look at all other processes to create capability to
move to Shared Services.

Areas of Responsibility:

•  Define the overall strategy for the Shared Services entity
•  Establish Shared Services organization within the timelines and budgets
•  Define operational metrics that are best-in-class and deliver services at or above
the agreed SLAs
•  Look for new areas to penetrate SSC offerings to enhance the overall
effectiveness of Finance function
•  Enable scale through efficient delivery structure by implementing requisite
controls and compliance framework
•  Leverage operational & case management data to help Finance improve
effectiveness in Tier 1 support and SAP actions, introduce capacity utilization
model through cross training & quality improvement in processes
•  Ensure compliance, reliability and continuity of services by active involvement in
governance practices, documentation, creation & maintenance of Knowledge
Base articles & work closely with supporting teams on transformation initiatives

•  Building capability and competence by attracting, exciting and engaging quality
talent

•  Focus on customer service and satisfaction by regularly publishing performance
dashboards on efficiency and other key indicators
•  Engage key stakeholders and internal customers to ensure expectations are
clearly defined and being met
•  Act as a point of escalation for Process Owners and ensure timely remediation of
issues
•  Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new
business demand
•  Streamline employee experience through self-service stabilization, response
time, accuracy and inquiry response quality.
•  Develop a strong talent pool for the organization by engaging employees with
providing helpful coaching and challenging roles or assignments


Qualifications and Experience Required


•    Professional qualification in Finance is required. SAP Operating Experience is a clear advantage 

•    Strong understanding of statutory accounting and regulatory frameworks 

•    Experience of having led technology and/or shared services transformation 

initiatives

•    “Roll-up-your-sleeves” and can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinking leader with strong ability to multi-task 

•    Ability to lead and influence the organization with integrity and respect 

•    Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, and negotiation skills 

•    Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers 

•    Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment 

•    Ability to deal with ambiguity
